Wassup LiyiaTribe thank you for tuning in at Under the Layers. Today is January 31, 2021, and welcome to my weekly entry!!!! My weekly entries just contain what is in store for this week coming up this year is slowly flying by already we are on the last day of January as we speak. Before we know it I will be graduating from school in March, going to prom in April, and starting college in August. Last week I came back after almost leaving Under the Layers and YouTube for a week, I just wanted time to relax and not be on my constant moving 24/7 schedule, but if I quit what will that say about me? I took a day off instead and got my ass back to filming and writing because I must push to where I want to be in life, and slacking isn’t going to get me there. Today as you know a Sunday or two back I made up this thing called “Self-Care Sunday” that’s where I can clean, take a bath, work in my journal, meal prep, workout, and other things of course. Remember that throughout each week you will also still learn more about me since I am still learning about myself. Without further ado, let us get into a couple of things that make me happy when I am down. The first thing I would have to say is my mom or my friends, they make me happy asf I could be bawling for hours and they could make me happy instantly. Another thing would have to be my determination I keep myself driven no matter what and everything I want I work hard for it that makes me so damn happy. The last lil motivational thing that makes me happy is when I am down thinking about losing weight and making my goal is thinking back to when I was 230 pounds and now I’m 170, like damn girl you did it. Some simple shit that makes me happy is accomplishing something new. Making the people around me proud, and being a good friend and support system for others. Later in the week, we will be doing a fitness routine because I have taken wayyyyyyyy too much time away from the gym and will be returning Tuesday and start with a consistent schedule (that is going to kick my ass) but it will all be worth it when I see my results. Then I will finish the week off with some monthly goals that I want myself to achieve in February, and the steps I plan to take to get there. This week will be very compacted with YouTube, Blogging, Working, and School unfortunately as usual. I will be dropping my next YouTube video this week so stay tuned, it will be a video that goes with a blog from the previous week so you can read also get a visual.
