Wassup LiyiaTribe!!!!!! Thank you for tuning in at Under the Layers. Today is January 26, 2021, and we will be doing something new that I wanted to bring to Under the Layers. Now I will probably only bring this topic up if it drastically changes and that is “MY NIGHT ROUTINE”. I wanted to start this new segment because last year I was just getting comfortable with blogging and just wanted to talk about specific topics that I could just write about. I believe that sometimes it is good for your health to step out of your comfort zone and change how you do certain things every once in a while, even if it is just for a day! I am proud to say that I have made a promise to myself to give you guys different and more interesting topics. I will start writing about fun things and random activities instead of always having a writing prompt. If you want just a little more insight into my life, feel free to check out my homepage where you can see brief segments about present-day Caliyia. Remember that throughout each week you will also still learn more about me since I am still learning about myself. Without further ado, let us talk about my typical night routine. For starters, I want to say WHEWWWW CHILE I apologize for being missing in action on Sunday and then said I was taking a week off. I’ve been so overwhelmed with school, work, and trying to diet correctly life has been kicking my ass. I hadn’t cleaned my room in weeks I have been an unorganized mess and I had to get back on my shit. I wouldn’t say I was in a depressed state but I can say I wasn’t myself and January of 2021 was just a trial month and from now on I will be unstoppable on my progress. As far as weight loss, making this money, and being happy. Moving on, let’s get into how I typically end my nights off. When it is getting later in the day so let’s say around 8 (8 is when my intermittent fasting window closes so I cannot eat for the rest of the night) after I have had dinner I pack my lunch for work the next day if I have it so I don’t have to rush the next day. Around 9-10, I’ll get in the shower, and recently I bought this $10 humidifier thing, it’s a LED light and Bluetooth speaker. That is going to be a bomb tonight since I have never used it. After the shower, I put on my pajamas brush my teeth, wash my face, and moisturize my skin. Then I kinda just get into the bed do some scrolling on my social media (mainly tiktoc) while watching either a movie, show, or YouTube until I get tired. That is really it nothing special goes on at night time lol. I will not give up on this blog I know that this can be a platform if I keep pushing and moving forward with it. I will be dropping my YouTube video on my Morning routine that goes with this blog today, this Thursday at 5:00pm, so make sure that you check that out and let me know how I did on my first routine video. Also, I will be dropping another YouTube videos next week so stay tuned, I will not be saying what they are until it gets closer to the upload date.
