HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT AND FEEL AWESOME!!!!!!!!

HEY HEY HEY my fellow humans or if you’re an alien, then hello to you to!!!!! Today is March 23, 2021 and we are back with another blog on UNDER THE LAYERS!!!!!! DO NOT GET ON MY ASS ABOUT BEING LATE I PROMISE I AM STILL WORKING ON IT!!! We are going to be talking about to lose weight and feel awesome, now I don’t want no one coming for me about “I don’t need to lose weight to feel awesome”. Okay and that’s good for you but when lil ole Caliyia was 230 pounds and would go to six flags and felt like she was dying after climbing up a hill, yeah maybe I do want to lose weight. I know that I’m smaller then I was so I should be happy which I am, but I am not in the right BMI range for my age and that’s kinda a problem for me. We will talk more in depth ofc after the intro. Remember that throughout each week you will also still learn more about me since I am still learning about myself. There we go now that we got that over with let us get into some helpful tips I have learned over my long journey. I am going to keep it short and basic.

HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS

1. Intermittent fasting~ This honestly helps a lot, when eating in a daily time slot it helps with your progress. Generally you are not supposed to eat late because you store fat, and your supposed to eat as soon as you wake up because your stomach needs to set.

2. Do not drink your calories~ I use to always make this mistake because milkshakes, calypso’s, and Tropicana juices. Some of these drinks can count out to an equivalent of multiple meals in a day. All I drink now is roarin waters (which still is a little high in carbs ab 6-8 grams), water, karma water (if you have no clue what this is look it omgg its soooo good!), sugar free PowerAde, and sugar free Gatorade.

3. Meal replacements or Protein shakes!~ These are two great breakfast choices, I make 2 protein shakes a week, drink two meal replacements a week, and for the rest of the week eat a normal keto breakfast. This balance helps me monitor what is going on nutrition what I am taking in. I often do the shakes on my days off just in case they make me drowsy due to not having a total substance meal, once I have lunch and it has digested then I am free to workout. Until that passes you somewhat just chill in the meantime.

I hope these tips can bring you some creativity as far as making a plan to reach total health. I know we are young and reckless, but please be mindful of what you do too many of us eat pure shit and wonder why we always are tired, unmotivated, or have headaches.
