Wassup LiyiaTribe!!!!!! Thank you for tuning in at Under the Layers. Today is January 5, 2021, and today we are going to get into a really challenging problem. That is working out when you have a compacted schedule! Since the New Year is started like the cliché person I am I wanted to start working out more often, but when being a full-time college student and working two jobs it can be really challenging. Remember that throughout each week you will also still learn more about me since I am still learning about myself. Without further ado, let us get into how to make a proper workout plan that can work with your busy schedule. I wanted to work out 6 days a week, but I decided not to overwork my body, because if I do that it is gonna make me not want to do it at all. So three days a week it is and they will be at the gym. As I get used to it I can increase the days and do three more but do them at home. It is all about your time management, and all that you can accomplish in one day and when you want to work out. You can wake up earlier and head to the gym or workout I home. I like to do my simpler workouts like jumping jacks, crunches, and stuff like that at home so I can do it all in my own space since the gym is more equipment based. That’s also why I appreciate the gym as well though. Overall 2021 will be a good and fresh start for my channel and blog I cannot wait to see what the future holds. I will be dropping my next YouTube video this week so stay tuned, I will not be saying what they are until it gets closer to the upload date.
